The Mansard's minimum is 10 people for drop-off corporate lunches, which is lower than most caterers in the Buffalo area (the market standard is 30). We serve small offices, law firms, medical practices, and startup teams across Western New York without forcing you to over-order. For smaller gatherings (under 10), we recommend individual catering orders through our DoorDash listing instead.

Most corporate lunch orders need 24 hours of notice. For rush orders, call us directly at (716) 828-1115 and we'll see what we can do. Standing weekly orders for offices are set up once and run on autopilot after that. For orders over 50 guests or involving multiple hot entrées, we prefer 48 hours.

Yes. The Mansard delivers free to all of downtown Buffalo, the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, Larkinville, and surrounding business districts. We also deliver to Amherst, Williamsville, Cheektowaga, Tonawanda, Lockport, Orchard Park, Hamburg, and the rest of Erie and Niagara counties. Yes. We offer gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and dairy-free options on every corporate menu. Let us know when you order and we'll label individual boxes or separate platters so your team knows what's what. For severe allergies (tree nuts, shellfish, gluten) we prepare those portions in a dedicated area of the kitchen.

Yes. Companies that order 2+ times per month qualify for net-15 billing and a 5% loyalty discount. One contract, one monthly invoice, one account manager. Ask about the corporate account program when you submit your first order. Established corporate accounts can order via email without needing a quote turn-around.

Yes. The Mansard's Working Breakfast package ($11.95 per person) delivers hot scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries, fresh fruit, pastries, coffee, and juice at your specified delivery time. For AM events, we set up by 7:15 so breakfast is ready when your 7:30 meeting starts. 24-hour notice on breakfast orders.

Yes. Beyond our three standard packages, we build custom menus for corporate events — product launches, quarterly all-hands, client-entertainment dinners, team-building offsites. Send us the date, guest count, budget-per-person target, and event format, and we'll design a menu that fits. Custom-menu corporate events typically run $20 to $45 per person.

Tell us when you book. We take severe allergies seriously — tree nuts, shellfish, gluten, dairy, egg. Individual boxed lunches for allergy-affected employees are prepped in a dedicated area, sealed, and labeled with the person's name and allergen-free confirmation. Our kitchen is not a certified allergen-free facility, but we've safely fed tens of thousands of guests with allergies over the last decade.

Yes. The Mansard is local to Orchard Park (our kitchen is at 3365 Abbott Rd) and regularly delivers to Amherst, Williamsville, East Aurora, Hamburg, and West Seneca business parks. Free delivery within 15 miles; beyond that there's a $1.50-per-mile travel fee built into your quote.

Yes. Every corporate package includes vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. Send us the dietary breakdown with your final headcount and we'll label each individual boxed lunch with the recipient's name and dietary tag. For all-vegan or all-gluten-free team lunches, we have dedicated menus that run the same $14.95 to $22.95 per person as our regular packages.

Yes. For companies with multiple Western New York offices ordering on the same day, we coordinate deliveries to each location with distinct arrival times. Add 30 minutes between drops for routing. Multi-location orders are invoiced as one total for easy expense submission.

Every Mansard corporate invoice is itemized — food, tax, delivery, tip are separate line items — so expense submissions are clean. Corporate accounts on net-15 billing get a single monthly invoice with all orders summarized. Credit card receipts are emailed immediately after each order.
