The Mansard is an Orchard Park restaurant, so "catering in Orchard Park" is a local affair for us — the kitchen is at 3365 Abbott Rd, and we deliver throughout the village and surrounding neighborhoods daily. From quick office lunches on Buffalo Road to full wedding receptions at Orchard Park Country Club, we cover it.

Hamburg is a short drive from our Orchard Park kitchen — 5.5 miles up Southwestern Boulevard. We cater in the Village of Hamburg, around the fairgrounds, across South Buffalo's southern edge, and throughout the Hamburg CSD attendance zones. Delivery is free and we handle events from backyard parties to Main Street storefront gatherings.

East Aurora is a destination town — a walkable Main Street, real character, the Roycroft Inn, a solid concentration of professionals and established families. We cater weddings at Roycroft-adjacent venues, corporate lunches at the business parks along Olean Road, and private family events throughout the village.

West Seneca is a big, diverse town — lots of parish halls, active VFWs, plenty of businesses along Union Road and Seneca Street. We cater funeral luncheons at nearly every parish in the town, graduation parties across the West Seneca CSD, corporate lunches at the industrial parks, and holiday parties at the local banquet halls.

Williamsville is where The Mansard's owners ran Apple Wood Café & Catering from 2012 to 2023. We still have strong relationships with families, businesses, and venues across Williamsville and Amherst — the 11-year Apple Wood brand was built here. We regularly return to cater weddings, corporate events, and funeral luncheons for long-standing customers.

Lancaster is a busy suburban town with deep catering demand — lots of big families, active Fire Halls and VFWs, strong parish life, and a growing corporate base along Transit and Walden. The Mansard regularly caters graduations, funeral luncheons, and Bills watch parties in Lancaster.

Depew is compact, working-class, and full of long-standing families and solid catering venues. We cater regularly at the Depew banquet halls along Transit Road, the Broadway corridor, and at parish halls throughout the village.

Cheektowaga is one of the largest towns in Erie County — strong corporate presence, dense residential areas, lots of parish life, and multiple fire halls and community centers. We cater across Cheektowaga every week, from airport-area corporate lunches to funeral luncheons at Walden Avenue parishes.

Amherst is the largest medical-practice hub in Western New York outside the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus — concentrated along Sheridan Drive, Main Street, and the Maple Road corridor. The Mansard regularly caters pharma rep lunches to Amherst medical practices, corporate lunches to the Sheridan Drive business parks, and full-service weddings across the town's country clubs and banquet halls.

Kenmore is a dense first-ring suburb just north of Buffalo — tight residential streets, strong parish life at places like St. Paul's and Blessed Trinity, and a well-developed small-business corridor along Delaware and Kenmore Avenue. Grand Island sits in the middle of the Niagara River between Buffalo and Niagara Falls — a self-contained town with a tight community, popular riverside venues, and a healthy wedding market. The Mansard regularly caters weddings, graduation parties, and corporate lunches across Grand Island.
