The Annual Pig Roast
& Chicken BBQ.
One afternoon a year we put a whole hog on and light the charcoal. Pulled pork, chicken BBQ, peel-and-eat shrimp and steamed clams, cold drinks, and live music from Rockabilly Steve and the Major Thirds. Families on the lawn, neighbors in line, and the smoker going since morning.
The 2026 roast is done— thank you to everyone who pre-ordered, showed up hungry, and made it what it was. This year's chicken BBQ was held to benefit Alexa Hamm, daughter of Corey, seven years on the Mansard crew. We'll be back next August.

The roast comes back next August, and pre-orders open a couple of weeks ahead — they sell out. Join the list and we'll email you the date as soon as it's set. One email a month, nothing else.
On the fire
Great food, good company, good times.
Everything comes off the fire or out of the pot the same afternoon. Nothing sitting under a heat lamp.
