The Annual Pig Roast
& Chicken BBQ.
One afternoon a year we put a whole hog on and light the charcoal. Pulled pork, chicken BBQ, peel-and-eat shrimp and steamed clams, cold drinks, and live music from Rockabilly Steve and the Major Thirds. Bring the family, bring your friends, come hungry.

Everything comes off the fire or out of the pot the same afternoon. Nothing sitting under a heat lamp.

Charcoal-grilled over open flame — the Western New York standard.

Chilled, piled high, with lemon.
Clams
Steamed in broth, by the bowl.

Playing live through the afternoon. We run live local music on the raised deck through the warm months — this is the big one.
