A craft cocktail program, a wine list worth lingering over, and a bourbon shelf we're building slowly and deliberately. Seven nights when we're open, Wed–Sun.
The cocktail list
Classics done right, and a few of our own.
Every cocktail on our list is built to order, stirred or shaken as it deserves, and strained over the right ice. Our bartenders are generous with time and attention — this is a sit-at-the-bar kind of place.
The list rotates with the seasons: bright citrus and light spirits in the summer when the deck is open, darker stirred drinks with smoke and spice once the weather turns.

The wine list
By the glass, by the bottle.
A compact, thoughtful wine list — reds and whites across price points, a handful of sparkling, and a short list of bottles worth sharing. We pour generous glasses.
Bringing a bottle for a special occasion? We charge a reasonable corkage fee — call ahead and tell us what you're opening, we'll have the right glassware ready.
Bourbon & whiskey
A slow build.
We're building the bourbon and whiskey shelf one bottle at a time — Kentucky, Tennessee, Irish, Scotch, and a few rye picks that surprise people. The goal isn't to have everything; it's to have the right things, and to know something about each one.
Ask the bar about our Old Fashioned build and what's open that night. If you're a whiskey person, sit at the bar.
Draft & bottles
A few drafts done well.
A short rotating draft list — local Western New York breweries alongside a couple of reliable imports. We keep our lines clean and our pours honest.
A longer bottle and can list for when the taps don't have what you want — and non-alcoholic options for the designated driver, the pregnant friend, and the dry-January crowd.
Drinks on the deck
The best seat in Orchard Park.
When the weather cooperates, our raised outdoor deck is the place to be — six feet off the ground, walk-out from the bar, and, on most weekends, a local acoustic artist on the small stage. Order the cocktail list, stay for dinner.
