Same fish, five ways. Beer battered is the Buffalo classic — but broiled wins for guests who don't want fried, and the Cajun has a quiet local following.
Beer Battered
Crispy golden, light and shattery. The Buffalo standard.
Breaded
Panko-style crust, fried gold. Classic on classic.
Broiled
Buttered, herbed, broiled to flake. Lighter without losing flavor.
Cajun
Blackened spice rub, charred edges, deep heat.
Lemon Pepper
Citrus + cracked black pepper crust, seared crisp.

Lent is the busiest stretch.
Friday fish fry runs year-round but Lent fills the dining room. Call early in the week to lock a 6pm or 7pm. After 8 we usually have walk-in space.
