Some families pay The Mansard directly (credit card, check, or ACH on delivery); other funeral directors roll catering into the overall funeral services invoice and pay us on the family's behalf. Simple Reception ($12.95 per person) is a cold-platter drop-off — sandwiches, salads, fruit, cookies, coffee — appropriate for smaller gatherings after short services. Traditional Luncheon ($16.95) is the Buffalo standard: roast beef on weck, Italian sausage, penne, salad, rolls. Family Gathering ($22.95) is a fuller experience with two hot entrées, dessert tray, and two hours of staff service.
